Call for Abstracts
The Organising Committee invites you to submit an abstract for iADH2012 by Friday 4 May 2012
Before submitting your abstract for iADH2012 please ensure you have carefully read the abstract preparation guidelines below.
As you complete the details on each page, please note the following:
- Click Continue to proceed to the next section
- Use the Tab key to move from one field to the next
You will be required to:
- Provide details of each abstract (abstract title, authors, preferred presentation type) including contact details of the submitting author.
- Type directly into the Abstract Submission Form for the abstract title and author's information
- Once you have completed the form, you will be sent to a page to upload your abstract(s)
If you have already submitted an abstract and wish to submit another, please do not complete this form. Please return to the Speaker Zone and enter your Access Key. You will then be able to submit additional abstract(s).
Abstract Guidelines
- Abstracts should be written in English and submitted using Microsoft Word
- The entire abstract(s) should NOT exceed 1,700 characters with spaces. This includes the title, authors’ details and email address, and abstract text. If they do exceed 1700 characters, they will not be reviewed.
- Authors may include bullet points and other text variants provided they do NOT exceed the character count.
- Please use the downloadable template at the top of the page as a guide for the content of your abstract.
- Multiple abstract submissions are permitted. Multiple abstracts can be uploaded by the same presenting author on the online submission form.
- Your abstract will appear in print as submitted. Should you require changes please add and an updated version via the Speaker Zone. Please ensure you check your data carefully before submitting as changes or additions will not be accepted.
Please note: the primary Author’s contact email address will be included with the abstract in the published collection of abstracts for the iADH Congress 2012. This is so that interested readers or conference delegates that could not attend the presentation can contact the author with queries.
It is hoped that all authors will provide a contact email address. The email address will not be stored in any retrieval system and will only be used by the Editor in association with the publication of this abstract for iADH 2012. If you do not wish your email address to be published with your abstract you are able to indicate this on the submission form.
